Purpose is about what fits you. What do you want? Deciding that gives you a starting point to pick a tiny part of what you want that you really can do right now.

Then? Believe you can do it.
That helps me take action!

Do you have trouble sometimes taking action?
I do.

I’ve found that when I go easy on myself,
I break what I need to do into small pieces.

That helps me…

The small pieces help me feel:
“I believe I can do this;
let me start now!”

 
When you believe you can do it,
you get started.

Yep, that’s short. But starting is what it’s about.
