Working On Life Goals or Dreams

What motivates you to keep going? Have you noticed that it has to do with your own purpose? About things that you want? About things that matter to you? About things you care about?

Well! If not? Consider that.

What are the things that you really are willing to do?

Probably some of them are things that you kind of chuckle and say, well, they’re fun!

Well, not everybody would find what you do to be fun.

You do!
Because you care about those things.
You enjoy them.

And you can put more of that enjoyment into your life.
You really can.

You can do it by cutting the things down to size with daily routines that matter to you in a long-term, life-time type of situation. I mean, I decide what I want. What I really want! Based on who I am. What my talents are. What my interests are – and my abilities.

Over the years, I’ve found, what I really want motivates me.

That motivates me and inspires me to keep going.

Even when there are things that are really big. Like when I built a business before. I succeeded because it really mattered to me. But I also succeeded because I broke it down into daily routines.

For a lot of different reasons, mostly health challenges, over a lot of different years, I’m starting over in a different area. With my own business and with a long-term interest in getting an application built now that everyone’s carrying computers around with them in their cell phones.

But I’m starting small.

I’m starting with things that I can do despite the huge challenges that I’m facing right now with my health.

I believe that when I break things down into small things that I can do on a daily basis, that I’m going to be able to do more things over time. I also believe that by doing things that I believe I can do, I’m more likely to actually do them.

By developing habits, I start to be able to do these small things readily. Easily. Feeling inspired to do them. To move forward. My business is an example I like to give. Because it’s going to take a number of years, a lot of years, because I have big dreams. I want to help a lot of people. I’m starting right here…

When you believe you can do something, usually it’s because there’s something you can do about it. Right now; today! And tomorrow and the next day and the next. Because when you see yourself doing things, you believe you can continue doing them. Even when you have tasks before you, like I do, simply many of them that are beyond me right now. I believe that as I continue doing the things I can do, learning one little thing at a time, I’m going to learn what I need to learn
