Rest is an Action!

Sleep restores us. Rest brings us back to being ready to go.

I’ve learned it’s important to do what’s in front of me.

 

Right now, that’s often climbing into bed and staying there.

 

How about you?

 

When it’s time to rest, do you recognize it?

 

When you need more sleep, are you doing what you need to do to go get it?

 

I’ve found there are days when the best action may be 12+ hours of repeatedly going back to sleep.

 

It’s part of the action I need to take to become who I want to be.
