How To Inspire Yourself

Inspiring yourself to do what you need to do is a bit complicated, isn’t it?

At times? You’re energized. Ready. Other times: not so much.

What I’ve found helps is drilling down to what matters to me.

That’s right, I allow myself to search for meaning, even in mundane tasks.

Meaning injects courage. Caring guides me to find an action I can do.

When I discover an action that fits this moment? I act.

That first tiny action often leads to another and another…

Even on rough days.
