When I relax and do? I accomplish things that help people!

Happiness alights in me as I recognize that. And that helps me relax more deeply in my next task. So, I appreciate relaxation and that helps me move toward happiness. Not specifically aiming at happiness, but allowing happiness to well up within me.

What fits you well for you to do today?

How might you relax into experiencing some aspects of exactly that? Despite whatever’s happening! Instead of seeking happiness directly, see if relaxing and appreciating allows happiness to well up within you today. Okay?

Now we’re going to experiment. Because I find that thinking about questions leads to solutions. Because along the way, I start to find small things I can do, here and now, to explore in teeny tiny itsy-bitsy ways.

So, now begins a journey of questions…
