Nurturing yourself while mourning

Mourning is hard work. I’m finding that nurturing myself is helping.

How can you nurture yourself today?

How about doing a small part of that right now?

Here are three ways that helped today:

Talk to loved ones.

Eat treats.

Rest.

Get enough sleep.
