Gaining awareness

Knowing what brings meaning and purpose to you is useful!

When I’m aware of what matters — I act.

I do what I need to do.

Oh, for sure, right now I’m doing a tiny version of what I need to do.

That’s all I can do right now.

I’m doing it!

What do you need to be doing?

How is that based on what you care about?

You see, when you know what matters to you, you figure out what to do.

You want to do it!

Even when you’re not able to do it fully, you find ways to do a tiny bit.

How can you set yourself on fire with the passion of knowing what you want?

Go for a walk and visit with yourself long enough to notice what matters to you.

Sit over a cup of tea and muse over what you’ve cared enough about to take action on in your life.

Do jumping jacks while noticing what’s happening for you today.

Yep. Gain awareness of what you’re grateful for in whatever way fits right now!
